NFTforgoodcause Policy
NFTforGoodCause is a platform operated under OneChain Limited (hereafter referred to as “NFTforGoodCause”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) that allows user(s) and/or client(s) and or buyer(s) (hereafter referred to as “Clients”, “Users”, “you”, or “your”) to purchase NFTs (“Services”) listed by NFT artist(s) online via NFTforgoodcause.io (the “Sites” or “Platform”). The following terms and condition, which may be amended or modified from time to time (collectively defined as the “NFTforGoodCause Policy”), govern your use of our Services and Platform.
By accessing our Site and/or using our Service(s), you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and you declared that have read, understood, and agreed to be bounded by NFTforGoodCause Policy set out below. If you do not agree with the NFTforGoodCause Policy, please refrain from accessing or using our Platform.
(1) Terms regarding service of NFT sales facilitation
Our platform only serves as agency platform to NFT artists to facilitate the sales of NFT artwork listed on our Platform to buyers. Please note that our Platform shall not be a party to any agreement and/or arrangement entered into between the NFT artist(s) and buyer(s) or between any user(s). In addition, our Platform does not assume responsibility for the trading the NFTs on any 3rd party platform, such as, Opensea.io we do not take any responsibilities of the service stability provided by the public Blockchain network, i.e., MATIC.
(2) Terms of Sale
Upon confirmation of your purchase, our Platform will send all related information for the NFT you purchase, including verified transaction id; contract id; and token id to the email address you provided to our Platform.
Please be drawn particular attention to the description published by our Platform for each particular artwork in which NFT artist may choose to grant certain rights to the holders of the NFT artworks, including but not limited to physical artwork or special access to the artwork (hereafter referred to as in “Other Entitlement”). Our Platform has no involvement and participation in the Other Entitlement granted by respective NFT artist. Buyer is required to consent to our Platform to share your contact information with the NFT artist to facilitate the delivery of your Other Entitlement.
To align with the conviction of NFTForGoodCuase, a predetermined portion of proceed from the sale of the NFT artwork will be donated to designated charity and/or NGOs (“Donation”). NFTforGoodCause will be responsible to transfer the Donation which will strictly follow the pre-agreed amount each NFT artist committed to designated charity and/or NGOs in the name of OneChain Limited. Official receipt of each Donation issued by Charity and/or NGOs will be made available to the NFT purchaser 30 days from the date of purchase. Please also note that the Donation will be made in the name of OneChain Limited and hence you will not be entitled to tax deduction for your NFT artwork purchase.
(3) Payment terms
All payments made to our Platform are non-refundable and non-transferable.
(4) Privacy Policy of NFTForGoodCause
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) will help you understand how NFTforGoodCause uses and protects the data you provide to us when you visit and use the service of nftforgoodcuase.io.
What User Data We Collect
When you visit the this site, we may collect the following data:
- •Your contact information, which includes your contact phone number and email address
- Your preferred name
- Your metamask address*
- The content(s) you submit, provide, share, send to us for minting through Blockchain technology (collectively referred to as “Data”)
* You understand and agree that in the event that you provided an inaccurate or incomplete metamask address to our Platform, we may not have the ability, and are under no obligation or duty, to return the NFT artwork to you.
Why We Collect Your Data
NFTForGoodCause will endeavour to keep your Data held by NFTforGoodCause confidential. Nevertheless, in submitting your Data to us, you agree that any such Data may be used for the following purposes:
- the processing of application for our service by you;
- the provision of service by NFTforGoodCause to you;
- facilitates the delivery of Other Entitlement, i.e. certain rights granted by NFT artist to the holders of the NFT artworks
- customer relationship management;
- direct marketing of our service; and
- any other lawful purpose directly or indirectly relating or incidental to any of the above.
Safeguarding and Securing the Data NFTforGoodCause is committed to securing your data and keeping it confidential. NFTforGoodCause intends to prevent data theft, unauthorized access and disclosure by implementing latest technologies and software, which help us safeguard the user data we collect. Our website contains links that lead to other websites. If you click on these links, NFTforGoodCause is not held responsible for your data and privacy protection. Visiting those websites is not governed by this Privacy Policy. You are reminded the privacy policy of the respective websites linked to our website.
Opt-out request for the use of your Data for direct marketing
After providing your Data to us, you may at any time opt out from receiving our direct marketing materials. To do so, you may email us at hello@nftforgoodcauase.io to unsubscribe any marketing or promotional materials from us. We will process your request free of charge.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or applications (collectively, “Third Party Platform”) to complete or perform certain NFT transacitons. While we does not own or control these Third Party Platform, users are reminded to understand and review the terms of use and privacy policy of these Third Party Platform. While accessing Third Party Platform, you undertake to assume your own risks and also agree and consent that our Platform shall be not be held responsible to review or endorse the functionality and stability of any Third Party Platform.
(6) Copyrights of NFTs
NFT artist may grant certain rights to the holders of the NFT artworks, including but not limited to physical artwork or special access to the artwork. NFT purchaser is advised to pay attention to the description attached to each NFT artwork published on our Platform for detailed copyright entitlement granted by respective NFT artist. Our Platform has no involvement and participation in the Other Entitlement granted by respective NFT artist. Buyers are strongly advised to clarify and make sure they understand their entitlements before making purchase decision. If you have doubts on copyright related matters, users are strongly advised to seek clarification directly from the NFT artist or seek independent legal advice.
(7) Other important notice
We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss and take no responsibility for, and will not be liable to you for, any use of NFT artworks including but not limited to any losses, damages or claims arising from:
- user error such as forgotten passwords, incorrectly constructed transactions, or mistyped addresses;
- server failure or data loss;
- corrupted wallet files;
- unauthorized access to applications;
- any unauthorized third party activities, including but not limited to the use of viruses, phishing or other means of attack against our Platform or the NFT artwork
